Write to me. A person reads it.
No form, no ticket number, no autoresponder promising a reply within two business days. Just an email address and a phone number that ring through to me.
You found something wrong
Send it. Include the article and the sentence. Corrections get made in the piece with a dated note, not quietly edited away. This is the email I answer fastest.
You want a topic covered
Tell me what you're stuck on. If three people ask about the same thing, it goes to the front of the calendar. Most of what's here started as somebody's question.
You're in the middle of something hard
A monitoring visit went sideways. An OIG letter arrived. You found six months of timesheets nobody signed. I can't be your counsel, but I can usually point you at the right regulation and tell you what I've seen work.
One honest caveat: I answer as a person who reads a lot of regulation, not as your attorney, accountant, or auditor. For anything with real money or a live finding attached, loop in your grants officer, your commission, and your own counsel.
